Whilst in Wales we have seen the entire food chain process. On Thursday we went to Tesco which is the largest supermarket chain in UK. They are helping farmers market product though a direct supply chain.We also went to the British Wool Board and saw how they market/pack and process the wool on behalf of the farmers.
